We conduct a survey of our borrower customers every two years to solicit feedback on our performance of specific servicing functions, such as adequacy of written correspondence, usefulness of our website, and quality of service provided for specific transaction types. We also ask about the “big picture” of our loan servicing efforts—e.g., how we rate overall and how we compare to other commercial loan servicing departments with whom the borrowers have worked.
